My name is Noemi Nagy.
As I have always felt comfortable around children, I became a preschool teacher. During my work, I became more and more interested in how I can develop children. I completed the specialization in special education at the ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv College of Special Education. Within that, I was most interested in the area related to cognitive development (for children with normal development and children with different development), so last year I graduated in the field of learning disabilities. This spring, I also completed the Deák B. Katalin partial skills development and school preparation training. Continuous learning is also important to me, and I will soon be in possession of the NILD complex developmental therapy. This technique develops all the skills and sub-skills necessary for learning in an integrated manner. We don’t want to make children practice, but to make them understand the connections between things, so that they can think and learn independently. The method increases children’s self-confidence and competence.
My classes are spent in a good mood, but they are productive. My principle is that there is no result without work, but it doesn’t matter which way we get to the goal.
